		<description>This is all very good advice.  You&#039;re absolutely right, you never stop looking until you accept and offer. Use all the arrows in your quiver until you take the job, but make sure you do it with honesty and integrity.  If you play it right, ie use one offer to try to leverage an offer for a position you want more and/or may pay more, you&#039;ll end up with better jobs with higher salaries and you won&#039;t burn any bridges that you may need or want to cross down the road.</description>
