I looked for a position for a year without success. Recruiters said that they would "see what they had available" and then they never called back. Others told me it was too saturated.
With The Doctor Job, though, I found over 20 groups that were interested in me, none of which advertised anywhere. Your services provide an excellent way for physicians like myself to find a great job.
Thank you. |

You guys are the best!
Moving to the DC area was starting to look impossible. Recruiters were pessimistic about my options and they rarely responded to our calls. I'm not sure how a market that recruiters said was saturated resulted in well over 100 phone calls and emails from interested employers.
We got numerous offers, and both of us will be happily employed within ten minutes of each other, thanks to The Doctor Job. Your services were an amazing success! |

Within two weeks, I had already gotten over 15 calls and emails. I'm still getting calls as we speak, even though I've already accepted a job at a hospital more beautiful than one I've ever seen, and I'm making more money than I could have possibly expected. The position is amazing, and I've been trying to move to this area for years.
Just like you said, recruiters wouldn't help or return my calls, and I thought this meant that there are no jobs there. Clearly, this isn't true at all.

Just wanted to give you some follow up on my doctor job search. I had a lot of "bites" from your letters, and interviewed at several practices in San Diego, but none of them were what I really wanted. By serendipity I had a "mutual attraction" at another university, and I have now signed a contract with them to begin July 1st. It's about 2 hrs north of San Diego, but still close enough to our kids, and in a job where I'll be happy in an academic and service position.
So, you told me to widen my search area, and I guess that's what found me my spot! Thank you for your help and best regards. |

Remember me?
I have received a vigorous response to the letters recently mailed, over thirty so far, within the past 2 weeks of the mailing. Frankly, I am overwhelmed, and it's a great feeling!
I have been interviewing a lot and think I have my choices narrowed down to two or three potential jobs. My dilemma is that I am not sure how to respond to these, nor how to turn down clients that I have already interviewed with but are not good choices for me. That's probably the best possible position to be in, I think.

As I continue to celebrate one of my best days ever, I wanted to personally thank you and your company for helping me obtain my dream job. When you advertised that your company's goal was not to just find the physician a job, but to find the perfect job, I was suspicious to say the least. After talking with you over the phone, I was reassured. However, the greatest proof is in my new employment. Today I signed a great contract with a large, prestigious Ob/Gyn practice.
Your processes initially lead to so much success that I found myself unable to answer the phone calls fast enough. I had to place doctors on hold to answer new calls and ultimately I was unable to even document whom I was speaking with. Many others sent interview requests directly through email. I spoke with approximately 30+ physicians or physician groups. I interviewed with 10 after the initial telephone screens and received strong offers from my top four choices. Ultimately, I made the final decision with the negotiating power of having the other three strong offers.
Once again, thanks and I will advertise your service as all who will listen. |

Your services are absolutely amazing. I got 42 responses. 42!
One of my interviews was with the best group in the area, by far. They didn't have any openings, but since you sent a resume to every physician in the group, each of them forwarded it to the medical director. Since the medical director got several copies, all from the physicians, he assumed that I really had an inside track and must be a catch, so he called me, interviewed me, and made a great offer! They're making a special position just for me, which is amazing!
The whole thing is amazing, and thank you very, very, very much! |
